-1/4 cup of egg whites
-1 scoop your favorite Chocolate Whey Protein
-one ripe banana
-2 tbsp of water
-1 tbsp of non fat sugar free chocolate pudding mix
Mix together protein powder and pudding powder in a bowl. Blend together banana, water, and egg whites. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet and then pour into separate dishes. If the mixture is too wet, add more pudding powder. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes and enjoy.
