If you eat a well balanced, healthy diet, exercise regularly, and lead a generally healthy lifestyle, but you're struggling to get as lean as you want, I feel your pain!
Not long ago, I was hovering around 9-10% body fat and I couldn't seem to get leaner, despite training every day and eating pretty lean.
Then I discovered Rauwolscine...
The truth is, out of the all the so-called fat-burners out there, only a handful are even remotely effective and out of those, none really compare to Rauwolscine.
There is no (natural) magic fat-loss pill, but Rauwolscine is the closest thing.
In this article, we're going to go over everything you need to know about this unique, all-natural fat-burner, including how to use it to maximize your fat-loss efforts.
Sound good? Okay, let's begin...
What Is Rauwolscine?
Rauwolscine is close chemical relative of the popular natural fat-burner, Yohimbine.
The two molecules closely related in both structure and function.
Rauwolscine has both fat-burning and pro-erectile properties which makes it of interest to a wide variety of people.
Mostly though, you'll find it in stimulant fat-burner designed to help you get as lean as possible in the shortest amount of time.
Most people who are supplementing with Rauwolscine are doing so to burn fat as quickly as possible.
The pro-erectile effects are just a plus.
How Does Rauwolscine Work?
Rauwolscine acts upon receptors in fat tissue called alpha receptors.
These receptors work closely with another kind of receptor, beta receptors, to regulate the process of lipolysis, or fat-breakdown.
Lipolysis is the first step in fat-loss equation. Once fatty acids are liberated from fat cells (through lipolysis), they're then free to be burned for energy.
Beta-receptors trigger lipolysis and alpha recepetors put a stop to it.
Throughout our evolution, having this ability to regulate the amount of fat we burn is what kept us alive.
But now...It's just kind of annoying. I mean, don't you wish you could kind of just...turn your alpha receptors off for a little?
Well, that's exactly what Rauwolscine does. It blocks alpha receptors, thereby allowing you to burn considerably more fat during exercise.
They key here is definitely the exercise part though.
There is no magic pill which will suddenly make you lose a bunch of fat, but Rauwolscine can increase the amount of fat you burn during exercise.
What's An Effective Dosage Of Rauwolscine?
Rauwolscine is effectively at doses of just 1-3mg. This is contrast to Yohimbine, which requires 10-20mg to be effective.
Some people have told me they take 5mg of Rauwolscine at a time, but I personally would never dream of taking 3mg prior to training.
1mg is my preferred dose, actually.
Rauwolscine is going to be most effective when taken directly before training on an empty stomach. It is especially effective for fasted cardio though, so that's my official recommendation.
1-3mg just prior to fasted training and you WILL see some noticeable fat-loss.
Does Rauwolscine Have Any Side Effects?
Rauwolscine is a stimulant, so there are some potential side effects. As with any stimulant, individual tolerance plays a large role.
Some people might take 3mg and be fine while other may take 1mg and experience things like:
Rauwolscine does appear to be less prone to causing these types of side effects than Yohimbine, perhaps just due to the fact that it requires a much lower dose.
If you've tried Yohimbine and didn't like it, you may still want to give Rauwolscine a shot. If you experience negative side effects with Rauwolscine, which some people do, then I'd recommend a more mild fat-burner like Formula 56.
The Best Rauwolscine Supplement
You'll find Rauwolscine in two basic forms:
Rauwolscine HCL (pure)
Some Kind Of Extract (not pure)
While the companies that sell extracts often claim that their extract is standardized for some level of Rauwolscine, research has shown time and time again that what's written on the label isn't the same as what's written in the bottle.
The truth is, the only way to be completely sure any supplement contains what the label says it does is to Third Party Test it.
That means shipping it off to a chemical testing lab which specializes in identity testing.
As it turns out, most labs don't have the capabilities to test for Rauwolscine when it's in the form of an extract.
They can only test Rauwolscine HCL for Rauwolscine content.
Furthermore, most companies that sell Rauwolscine and Rauwolscine based products don't care enough to spend the money on testing anyway.
